My truck needed fixing so I had used Evans Automotive Services when it was cold my tire needed a plug and they plugged it for me. Fast service friendly employees. My Bearings went out on my truck both sides and I put it the shop on Monday and it was Tuesday afternoon when I got my truck. Billy is a very good mechanic and helped me out and I thank him and gave him a hug. I had been out of work for a week sick. Thank God for Evans Automotive Service great place and very nice and caring friendly employees.

I carried my wife's van to Evans to have a remote start installed and the mechanic Billy started right on it after I made the appointment, he finished it in a timely manner and he took his time to explain the functions of the remote how to use it. Thanks Billy

So appreciated the detail on the estimate and then when the price dropped a bit on parts, it was passed on to me. Also, the car was not promised to be completed by the end of the work day. However, it was completed on the day I brought it in. Rod, the Service Manager was the only person I dealt with but he was helpful in all aspects.

Evans Automotive Services was professional quick and helpful. I enjoyed using their services because I was able to drop my vehicle off in the late morning and walk back to the hospital where I was working at the time. I was able to pick up my vehicle after work pretty easily by walking back to Evans automotive services. They fixed my front brakes (pads) for $201. In lake city tire kingdom I was quoted $175. But with Evans they had a great location and quick service and were professional. Sometimes you must pay just a bit extra for professional service. Good work isn’t cheap. This is reasonable. They offered both military discount and student discount (I’m in the US Navy and in medical school). Anyway, highly recommend.

They did a great job getting me in in the late morning on a Monday to get my brakes fixed. It was quick enough to pick up my car after work and I appreciate it being able to deal with professionals. They were welcoming and helpful.

Brought my 07 mustang in due to a misfir i spent 4 months and 2k on finding myself. Told them everything ive done to try and fix it even showed thrm a list. They had it 4 days. I called today and asked how the search was going. They told me exactly what i told them was wrong with it and said i had to pay the 120$ diag fee. Dude in the service office also said i meant to call yesterday but got busy and then went home. Great service id give zero stars for not knowing what youre doing but i cant highly reccomd you bite the bullet save money and do it yourself.

The guys were so knowledgeable and polite . They even gave us a loaner to get a hotel for the nite .! Had my car ready the next day. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE !!
