Rod kept me up to date almost daily as to the status of my car. Much better service than the other Euro shop in town which would not even answer their phone.

I'm new to the area and after calling numerous places to get my Mercedes serviced, Evans was hands down the best choice. Not only did they offer me a next day appointment, but they were also considerably cheaper than the other places charging too much just because it's a Mercedes. Their friendly customer service over the phone was exactly the same friendly service I received in person.
