I came in here to get brakes and oil for my BMW 328i. I am very happy with the wonderful service I received for an exceptionally reasonable price . They even fixed my car key battery that had been broken for years and I wasnt even anticipating that. I highly recommend this place

Evan’s Automotive was recommended to me by a friend so I looked over their website. It is quite impressive so I booked an appointment for my BMW. Many of the warning lights were on and the car was shaking. There were several things wrong with the car but I really didn’t know what. The men looked over every inch of the car and Billy kept me posted along the way. These men are exceptional in their professionalism and knowledge of automotive repair. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I will certainly take my car to them for any future auto repairs. Thanks, Evan’s!!

I cannot recommend this shop and Wes enough. Not great service, simply the best service I have ever received from a mechanic. I was driving through to Orlando on. Action with my family. The dreaded “Reduce engine power” check engine light came on. I went to O’Reily’s had the code read and bought the part they said I needed. Then I called around at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon to see if anyone could help. Evan’s said they would. I got the car to Evan’s and Wes got right to work. He checked the read out codes and check a few possibilities. He diagnosed what he felt was the culprit, fixed the issue, and then ran diagnostics again and showed me the results to give me peace of mind to drive down the road. Once done, I asked what the charge was and the owner of Evan’s and Wes said no charge, we just want to make sure you get where you are going. Class act and amazing service. The owner however does drive a Ford.

The water pump died recently on my Chevrolet Colorado right as I was pulling into my driveway after running multiple errands...whew! I recognized the issue and since it had not seized up, I didn't want to chance doing any further damage by trying to drive it to the repair shop, so I called "Evan's Automotive Services", since I had used them before. (I am a senior "widower" and my Colorado is my only vehicle.) Joey was a pleasure to talk to & was reassuring. Since I couldn't drive it, Joey said he would send his wrecker to pick it up the next morning. Plus, he gave me a "quote" as to what the repairs would include and the cost. He also told me that they would "work me in" so I could have my truck back by the "Memorial Day" weekend. Right on cue, his wrecker pulled up & loaded my truck up just as Joey said they would..first thing the next morning. They kept my truck overnight & finished it up the very next day, which was a Friday. Since I was stranded & had no means or anybody that could take me to pick my truck up, Joey volunteered to come pick me up. He did, I paid the very reasonable cost he gave me & drove my repaired truck home. The moral of this story is; if you want (& demand) a professional automotive repair job done thoroughly, folks that you can trust, a cost that is competitive to other shops in our area & one that you can live with, with friendly caring professionals in every sense of the word, call no one other than "Evan's" Automotive Services" in Dothan, Al for ALL of your automotive needs!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Evan's Automotive Services"!!! (incidentally; this is a true story!)
