We were traveling cross country and had car trouble that needed attention. Evans auto was very accommodating and got us in right away and back on the road. They explained the evaluation process very thoroughly so we could understand and they showed us what to look for during our travels. They were very interactive and pleasant as well.

Professional and always there to address concerns or issues. My car has been messing up for 2 years being put in shop after shop. This is the 1st time in 2 years I have had real answers and a fix!

They did a fantastic job on my GLS 450 . It was due for service, and they also made me aware of another isssue with my suv. The price was the best price for Mercedes service. They kept me updated through the process.

Went in for oil change on 2/27/26 and was advised "we thought rain water was leaking from under your truck, but your coolant hose is busted. I advised my truck has no leaks, no warning light about coolant levels being low, truck just fine driving from Headland and worker advised hose busted when I got to the shop. I was told I would get a call by the next Wednesday 3/4/26 when the parts came in.It's been over 3 weeks and I have not received one call. Great customer service, but very disappointed with how things went with my trcuk.

Took my car in for an oil change and headlight restoration. Of course they always do a great job with the oil change and checking everything that needs to be checked. But my 2013 Nissan headlight lenses were SO cloudy and hazy I was afraid to drive at night. All I can say is that now my headlight lens look brand new! I really couldnt believe my eyes when I first looked at them. Now I feel safer driving at night, and also the price was very reasonable. Another thing they did was give me a ride home and then a ride back after the car was fixed since I had no ride that day. For quality work, reasonable prices, and flexibility (working with my situation), Evans Automotive Dothan gets an A++++! Thank you!
