We recently took our older vehicle here after noticing the shop was very clean and seeing their decent Google reviews, which gave us confidence to give them a try. Unfortunately, our experience ended up being very frustrating. The car was kept for almost two weeks, and during that time we were rarely given updates unless we called ourselves. We were told several times that the car would be ready by a certain day, only to be told later on that no work had even been started yet? Very confusing and misleading. We completely understand that parts can take time, but the lack of honest communication and the repeated “it’ll be ready tomorrow” promises made the process extremely stressful. The car was eventually finished, and we truly hope the work was done well. However, the way the situation was handled — especially the rude and unprofessional response when we asked for clarification — left us very disappointed. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing here. We wanted to like this shop based on first impressions, but our overall experience just didn’t match the reviews we had read.
