Lady that answers the phone is as rude as they come. Called for a quote today. The lady was snotty to begin with, acted like I was bothering her. She gives me the quote and then hangs up on me!!! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
We apologize that you had a poor customer service experience when speaking to one of our staff members. We would like to address your review by first explaining that we do not give quotes over the phone, as we don’t believe this would be considered best practice. In order to give an accurate quote we need to see your vehicle in person to accurately diagnose what repair needs are needed. We wouldn’t want to give a quote for less than what the actual repair cost would be as that would not be providing the level of customer service that Evans Automotive prides itself on providing.
