Great customer service. Did not try and over charge me because of the words,"Land Rover" like most of the businesses I called for a quote. Great service and mechanics.

I AND MY HUSBAND TRUSTED THEM TO FIX OUR CAR THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS READY WE WENT TO PICK IT UP UPON DRIVING HOME WE NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE HOOD AND IT WAS SKIPPING MY HUSBAND CALLED THEY SAID BRING IT BACK WHEN WE TOOK IT BACK HE LOOK UNDER THE HOOD AND SAID HERE'S THE PROBLEM BUT THEY HAD SUPPOSED TO HAD FIXED THE CAR WE WERE VERY UNSATISFIED AND THEY THREATENED TO PUT DOWN A CAR ON TOP OF OUR CAR WHICH WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL FOR A BUISNESS THEY STARTED YELLING AT MY HUSBAND INSTEAD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING WE KNOW WHEN WE TOOK THE CAR THERE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY EVEN DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM SO WE ARE NOT PLEASED WITH EVANS AUTOMOTIVE THEY NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING FIX OUR CAR!!!!!

I was told that Evans Automotive was a good Place to take my car well I took my car and they frist told me that I could get my car back that day but it turned into two days almost and when they called me to pick up the car I paid over four hundred dollars for I drove away and when I got up the street my car begin to malfunction I called them and they said to bring it back when I got back they said that i could leave it with them so they could find the Problem so they could charge me more money when I was told that my car was ready i would never send anyone to that shop i even had to call the police which they said that it was a civil matter but I had just given them my money not twenty minutes ago i was told that I would need to get a lawyer in order to get my money back I truly believe in this case they are the ones that needed a lawyer my rights were really violated and that the Robber was protected i am a God fearing man this is a true story.
