Excellent service. Did a better job than the bmw dealership

They did a thorough inspection on a car that my friend was hoping to purchase. The inspection showed that the "good deal" would end up costing her 6,000 in engine repairs soon. I was so impressed with their honesty and efficiency, I started bringing my car their to have it serviced. Not only are the oil changes comparable to big chains, but the employees are much friendlier. Definitely take your car there! And ask for Lee to service your car, he's the best!

Lady that answers the phone is as rude as they come. Called for a quote today. The lady was snotty to begin with, acted like I was bothering her. She gives me the quote and then hangs up on me!!! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Recently, an unfamiliar notice came up and it said I needed to get service a/s/a/p. I panicked because I was out of town and had no idea where to go for service (no BMW dealer in Dothan). I called Evans and they got me right in and took such wonderful care of me. Checked out my car, made sure I was comfortable while I waited and went over everything with me. The next day I had them to do my normal service that was due and I am one happy customer. The entire staff and crew was great! They have won my business, anytime I have to be in Dothan I will schedule all my service with Evans. Highly recommend!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Evan's, and everyone that works there. For 3 years, they have treated me well, and taken excellent care of my vehicles. I trust them so much that they also work on the buses that my senior center uses.

Excellent customer service and quality maintenance on 2006 Mercedes. Fair price on oil change and bulb, 27-point inspection included, and extremely time efficient. Maintenance was started within one minute after my arrival and was completed in 20 minutes. Very friendly owner and employees. Would return and recommend!
